Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference and may be updated without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. RiverWire Cable Co. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

5. Shipping

We ship primarily within the United States. International shipping is available on a limited basis. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RiverWire Cable Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. RiverWire Cable Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because every RiverWire cable is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under our Warranty Policy, or errors on our part. Please refer to our Warranty & Returns Policy for full details. We stand behind every cable that leaves the forge.

7. Warranty

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on riverwirecables.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, lore, world-building content, and the RiverWire brand identity — is the exclusive property of RiverWire Cable Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Vale storyworld, cable names, lore content, and all associated creative works are original works owned by RiverWire Cable Co.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from RiverWire Cable Co.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
